Plaintiffs contend they were sold unregulated herbal products that didn't work. Males who purchased Ensyte, a male enhancement product, from August 2001 to the present and females who bought Avlimil, a female stimulant, from Jan. 1, 2003, to July 30, 2004 may be included in the class action lawsuit.
