Brookside Health Care Center in Redlands and Upland Rehabilitation and Care Center nursing homes are alleged to operate fraudulently and are in violation of health and safety codes, according to a class action lawsuit. Cruel and unusual punishment for patient if family request assistance for patient. DON, DIRECTOR, don't care or ask about concerns regarding patients. Back their staff, even when issues concerning safety, lack of medications given on timely basis, deliberate cause of severe reactions due to negligence of not giving meds needed.

False "incident" reports, PLACE PATIENS on "RED FLAGG" STATUS IF FAMILY DEFENDS OR DOCUMENTS LACK OF CARE, SAFETY. CAUSES PATIENTS NOT TO BE EXCEPTED BY OTHER HEALTHCARE AGENCIES. DELIBERATE ABUSE CRUEL AND UNUSAL PUNISHMENT TO DYING PATIENT. EVIL TATICS, CRIMINALS SHOULD BE CHARGED AND REMOVED, FINED, FIRED, PENALIZED FOR GROSS INTENTIONAL ACTS OF CRUELTY TO INNOCENT PATIENTS.
