Class certification is being requested in the nationwide lawsuit filed against commercial real estate giant CB Richard Ellis on behalf of up to 9,000 current and former female employees. The suit alleges that CBRE management overlooked, and in some cases participated in, a pattern of sexual harassment in its offices. The suit further claims that the company had few policies and procedures against sexual harassment, and those it did have were not enforced.
