A class action lawsuit has been filed against eBay on behalf of thousands of photographers, painters and illustrators. The suit alleges that the company has not been actively attempting to stop people from selling copycat items on the site, and therefore may be liable as a copyright infringer.. The suit claims that due to advances in technology, it is quite easy to reproduce copyrighted materials for resale and that eBay has an obligation to stop this practice.

I have had my money , held for 100 days, , I have had it reversed sent back to buyer, when product stated as is and no refund or returns.,
