The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York has dismissed a huge class action alleging the United States' use of Agent Orange and other herbicides during the Vietnam War harmed its members and their land. It was a close case but the Vietnamese members of the Vietnamese Association for Victims of Agent Orange have lost their case. (Mar-21-05)
