Dolphinite, Inc. and The Clean Seas Company
A nationwide class action lawsuit has been commenced against Dolphinite, Inc. and The Clean Seas Company on behalf of consumers who purchased the "Go-Fast" and "Inflatable Bottom Coat" anti-fouling paint for use on waterborne vessels. The suit alleges, and the company has admitted, that the paint is defective and those who used it experienced excessive and abnormal marine growth on their vessels' hulls and were often forced to haul, strip and re-paint their vessels.
