Dell Canada
Class action status is being sought in a suit filed against Dell Canada on behalf of consumers. The suit claims that the computer retailer changed the price of its hand held Axim X5 pocket PC, adding hundreds of dollars to the price originally listed on its website. The suit is demanding that Dell honor the prices originally posted, as Canadian competition and consumer-protection laws require.
