Employees have filed a lawsuit and are seeking class action status against Dell, claiming the company violated federal and Oregon state wage and hour laws. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court in Eugene and claims Dell denied earned wages and overtime pay to its sales representatives. The complaint is seeking to represent all overtime-eligible Dell employees who have worked at Dell during the last five years.
