A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida against Darden Restaurants Inc. ("Darden" or the "Company") (NYSE: DRI) on behalf of purchasers of the Company's common stock between June 19, 2007 and December 18, 2007 (the Relevant Period).
