Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Crystal Park Casino in Compton, Hollywood Park Casino in Inglewood and Pinnacle Entertainment Inc., the company that leases the land for the two casinos. The suit was filed on behalf of current and former dealers of the casinos, and claims that the companies violated minimum wage laws by requiring their dealers to share tips with managers, which caused the dealers' hourly wage to be less than minimum wage.
