A federal class action lawsuit has been filed against the cleaning service franchises company alleging franchisees were subjected to systemic misrepresentations and breaches of contract. The class action suit was filed in US District Court in Massachusetts and was brought on behalf of workers who have performed cleaning services for Coverall North America. The suit alleges Coverall violated the form franchise agreement by taking accounts away without warning and for no justifiable reason; it also claims the firm gave no opportunity to correct or challenge alleged deficiencies in workers' performance.

these people are encouraging the business owners to violate labor laws, they have no respect that different states have different cost of livings, they allow illegal immigrant workers that some business owners hire. Coverall is toxic.
