A class action lawsuit has been filed against the Daewoo automotive dealer for allegedly violating the West Virginia Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices law by selling about 90 vehicles while approaching bankruptcy. The case was filed on behalf of all those who purchased vehicles form C&O Motors in Daewoo, WV.
