A class action has been filed against the company alleging bias against African Americans and hindering their chances of getting hired or advancing. Citizens administered a test used to screen employees and outside job applicants. Eight employees are claiming the test, developed by a Purdue University professor, kept hundreds of African Americans from potentially moving up within the utility.
