City of Cincinnati, OH Police Excessive Force

A class action lawsuit has been filed against the city claiming the Cincinnati police department uses excessive arresting force. The lawsuit was filed in US District Court and is seeking to include others that have been shocked by stun-guns in the Cincinnati area in a class action suit against the city.
