A shareholder lawsuit has been commenced against certain members of the board of directors and certain executive officers of Chordiant Software, Inc. The lawsuit claims Chordiant Software manipulated stock option grant prices at artificially low prices that violated internal documents, as well as state laws governing officer and director fiduciary duties and federal laws governing securities and taxation.
