A class action lawsuit may be filed on behalf of workers for Central Freightliners whose time card were manipulated after clocking in to reduce the amount of time for regular time and overtime pay. We have reason to believe that Central Freightliner has systematically done this and are looking for examples of potential pay violations.
It is illegal to manipulate time cards and if this is being done at Central Freightliner, someone needs to step up and help us make it right.
