A class action lawsuit claims Catholic Healthcare Partners underpaid employees for overtime and did not pay employees who worked through their lunch breaks. St. Rita's hospital, one of the hospitals staffed by Catholic Healthcare Partners employees, is alleged to have a pay system that automatically takes out the 30 minutes for a lunch break. Ohio's largest hospital chain has hospitals in Cincinnati, Lima, Lorain, Springfield and Toledo and the lawsuit could include up to 15,000 people.
