A lawsuit seeking class action status has been filed on behalf of a dozen doctors and medical offices against the three care management organizations. The lawsuit claims the three private companies have failed to make required payments to doctors in Georgia's Medicaid system. The suit also claims the companies misstated their ability to administer the program and have failed to pay doctors in the plan.
