Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Caesars Entertainment Inc. and MGM MIRAGE properties on behalf of hundreds of security workers. The suit claims that the companies violated state and federal labor laws by requiring employees to report early for work and not paying them for the extra time. According to the suit, forced to clock in 15 minutes prior to the start of their shifts for security briefings for the past two years, and they were not paid for this time.
