Brinker International Inc. labor law

A class action lawsuit filed in San Diego County Superior Court alleges Brinker International Inc. violated California labor law by not paying workers' meal and rest breaks. In 2002, the Dallas based operator of the Chili's and Romano's Macaroni Grill restaurant chains settled a similar case for $10 million which was filed by California's Department of Labor.
