A class action lawsuit has been filed against Beverly Hills high school on behalf of students and faculty members. The suit claims that toxins from the oil well located on the school's premises have caused illnesses, such as cancer, to the staff and students. To date there are two hundred and eighty plaintiffs listed in the action.
