The Automobile Club of Michigan, based in Dearborn, Michigan, allegedly violated ERISA by failing to credit hours of service and violated the Fair Labor Standards Act. Residents of Macomb County and employees of the Auto Club were told they were exempt from overtime payments under federal law and were refused overtime pay for overtime worked.
