Jackson County, MO: An asbestos class action lawsuit has been filed by David M. Elsea on behalf of anyone worked or spent time in the Jackson County courthouse located at 415 E. 12th Street, 2nd floor, Kansas City, MO, on a daily basis since 1983, and who may have been exposed to asbestos dust.
The suit alleges that the defendant County knew of the extremely hazardous and dangerous conditions at the building and knew that it was not reasonably safe. The lawsuit seeks damages for to help pay for medical expenses for those people who have suffered illness as a result of exposure to asbestos at this property.

Bronx family courthouse there was an asbestos sign
In the Bronx Ny 161st and Sheridan They had don wrong in my false case but had exposed me and everyone else there to asbestos. When i got a picture of the asbestos sign the court officer agressivly told me to erase it i have medical issues now shortness of breath sinus and possible related related exposure problems dating back to 2010 a six year or more forced exposure they are still in operation and trying to force i go back there .Are you serious .Need a lawyermi have medical records and evidence. No one helps in Nyc.Sad thing judge and even workers i don't care for wete exposed to these fumes from construction renovation efforts and before that happened it was originally used in building materials.
