A class action lawsuit claims that Reverend David Hagan, a now-deceased Roman Catholic priest from North Philadelphia, routinely abused two brothers in 1977 and 1978. Hagan was accused of abusing the boys in his house in North Philadelphia and at the New Jersey shore. The suit alleges the church knew and covered up abuses by priests.
