A class action lawsuit has been filed against the apartment managing company for allegedly illegally recording private conversations at Pendleton Garden Apartments. The class action lawsuit challenges the legality of the installation of listening, eavesdropping, and bugging devises as well as video surveillance devices in and around the residential apartment complex. The lawsuit claims Ambling Management violated federal laws and also residents' rights to privacy.

I am still living at Pendleton Gardens and was wondering about the law suit against ambling management company. is it still an active case? and why was i not notified?
