A class action lawsuit has been filed against the insurer for allegedly refusing to lease vehicles after car accidents and failing to reimburse for an amount greater than $18.90 per day. The lawsuit claims drivers may not be able to drive their cars for days during repairs and this is illegal under Illinois law.

It took at least 2 weeks to get approval for a rental vehicle, we had to provide alternate transportation prior to the approval, which we paid out of pocket and have yet to be reimbursed. I call them pretty much on a daily basis now without ever receiving a call back.
