New York, NY A California appeals court has ruled that Verizon must pay $21 million to customers affected by its early termination fee (ETF) policies.
The ruling handed down yesterday, could affect some 175,000 customers. The lawsuit dates back to 1999, and was about Verizon's $175 flat rate ETF.
