Trans World Assurance Company.

A jury has found in favor of Trans World Assurance Co. in the class action lawsuit filed against the company by policy holders. The decision states that the jury found that the company did not defraud its policy holders, made no misrepresentations to the plaintiffs and that there was no breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
