A $1.95 million settlement has been approved in the class action lawsuit filed against Thomas Stewart and Frank Russell Trust Company on behalf of 1,600 past and present Services Group of America employees. The suit alleged that the Trust company failed to properly invest the plan's assets, which was a violation of federal pension law. (Jul-29-03)
