Three inmates tried to file a class action lawsuit against officers for allegedly violating their constitutional rights through strip searches. A federal judge from the U.S District Court of White Plains dismissed the lawsuit due to videotape contradictions. Judge Charles Brieant also added that, "the officers maintained outwardly respectful dispositions toward the detainees, modest distances and never appeared to gaze at or closely examine any of their body parts."
