A $92.5 million settlement has been reached in the antitrust class action lawsuit, In re Linerboard Antitrust Litigation. The suit was filed against several manufacturers alleging a conspiracy to raise and stabilize the prices of corrugated boxes and sheets between October, 1993 and November, 1995. This latest settlement brings the total settlement funds in this suit to over $200 million dollars. (Nov-11-03) [CNBC]
