A $1.75 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed against Officials of Services Group of America, the West Seattle conglomerate run by Thomas Stewart. The suit was filed by more than 1,600 current and former SGA workers who alleged mismanagement of the company profit-sharing retirement plan. (Jul-29-03)
