A $27.5 million dollar settlement has been reached in the sexual abuse class action lawsuit filed against the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Louisville, Kentucky. The suit alleged that the plaintiffs were sexually abused by priests, teachers and others associated with the church, and that the church covered up the abuse for the past 50 years.
