A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed against Premier Cruise Lines, aka "The Big Red Boat". The suit was filed on behalf of all persons who traveled on a cruise with Premier Cruise Lines, or purchased a ticket for someone else to travel on a Premier cruise during the period of May 1, 1992 to December 31, 1997. The suit claimed that Premier collected "port charges" which were in excess of the amount which was actually paid.
