Shareholders tried to file a securities fraud class action lawsuit against the mixed-signal semiconductor provider and certain of its current officers and directors. The complaint alleged Leadis violated Sections 11 and 15 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1933 by allegedly making misleading registration statements filed on June 16, 2004 for its IPO. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California dismissed the case with prejudice. (Mar-03-06)
