William Zirkle Immigrant Wages Class Action Settlement

A class action lawsuit was filed against three executives from Zirkle Fruit for allegedly conspiring to hire thousands of illegal immigrants to keep wages low. Mr. William Zirkle admits no wrong doing, but decided to settle the case out of court for $1.3 million. (Dec-31-05) [THE NEWS TRIBUNE]
