The Quebec Supreme Court has approved a $50.9 million dollar settlement in the class action lawsuit filed against the Association for Pension Enhancement at Royal Trust on behalf of 8,500 pension plan members. Under the terms of settlement, plaintiffs will receive an average settlement of $24,000 in cash and/or enhanced pensions. (Jun-12-03)
