San Diego, CA: (Jul-25-07) A class action lawsuit was brought against aaiPharma, Inc., by shareholders who owned aaiPharma, Inc.'s common stock. The class comprised of all those who purchased or acquired aaiPharma common stock, notes or call options during the period beginning April 24, 2002 through and including June 15, 2004. In a settlement reached, the company agreed to pay $7,550,000 in cash, plus accrued interest, to resolve the class action litigation.
