A class action lawsuit has been filed against the Windsor Raceway on behalf of members of the Ontario Harness Horse Association (OHHA). The suit alleges that the members sustained $10 million in damages from the early Jan 2005 closure of the Raceway, and the failure to schedule 153 days of live racing.
