Two class action lawsuits have been filed against Verizon Communications on behalf of consumers. The suit alleges that the company's policy of blocking overseas junk e-mail interferes with legitimate e-mail as well. The suit states that Verizon, by blocking legitimate e-mail without notice, has breached its contract with customers.
