Class action certification is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Dallas law firm Jenkens and Gilchrist, accountants Ernst & Young, law firm Sidley Austin Brown and Wood LLP, Deutsche Bank AG and a U.S. arm, Deutsche Bank Alex.Brown on behalf of four Indiana investors. The suit claims that the companies acted improperly in creating, marketing and approving the tax shelters. The proposed class action would include anyone who bought shelters, which has been estimated to be in the hundreds if not thousands of investors.
