Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Superior Roofing Industries Inc. on behalf of 50 Brazilian workers. The suit claims that over the last several months the company has withheld an estimated $1 million in overtime pay and regular wages from the plaintiffs, yet has paid Americans who worked with them higher wages and time-and-a-half when they logged more than 40 hours per week.
