A class action lawsuit has been filed against Morgan Stanley on behalf "of all female financial advisors of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's individual investors Division who were employed at any time from September 4, 2003... and the date of filing of this complaint." The sexual discrimination suit alleges that the company subjects female employees to unequal treatment compared to male employees.
