San Diego Regional Center for the Developmentally Disabled

A lawsuit has been filed by former employees of San Diego Regional Center for the Developmentally Disabled (SDRC). The class action lawsuit claims SCRC terminated disabled employees and those over 40 without just cause. The suit further alleges that SDRC harassed and intimidated employees to quit so the center could save costs on health care, retirement benefits and other costs associated with older and disabled employees.
