A class action lawsuit has been filed against Havens Steel Co. on behalf of employees and retirees. The suit claims that four of the company's former top executives who served on the board and the committee that oversaw the company's employee stock-ownership plan let retirement money evaporate as they collected bonuses and expensed trips to strip clubs and expensive restaurants.
