Quest Security Services
A class action lawsuit has been filed against Quest Security Services on behalf of six former guards at Miami International Airport. The plaintiffs allege that Quest did not pay them the county's minimum wage in accordance with the Miami-Dade County living wage ordinance passed in 1999. The plaintiffs allege that they were fired for complaining about their wage and organizing seventy of their fellow employees to sign a petition.
