A class action lawsuit is being filed against Nokia in regards to a design defects in their 32xx, 51xx, 61xx, 82xx and 88xx series mobile phones. The suit alleges that the company sold the phones while they were aware since 1998 that the phones' displays were prone to fade or disappear. The suit charges the company with using deceptive and misleading advertising practices, and is asking for compensation for consumers who have purchased the defective phones.
