A class action lawsuit has been certified against Belgian health benefits firm North American Indemnity. The suit, which was filed on behalf of over 4,000 workers in Indiana and other states, claims that the firm dropped their coverage and left them with unpaid claims totalling an estimated $8 million dollars.
