A class action lawsuit has been filed in the District Court of New Jersey claiming the insurance company intentionally used flawed data to set low reimbursement rates for medical care services. Wayne Surgical Center Inc. is also accusing Ingenix Inc. of intentionally providing the outdated and flawed data that Horizon used to set reimbursement rates.
