Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Lawrence Hill of Hill and Associates and Transamerica Financial Advisors on behalf of clients of Hill. The suit alleges that Hill made unauthorized trades on behalf of his clients in the wake of the terrorist attacks of 9-11 which he had no authorization to make. The suit charges Hill with breach of contract and seeks to represent any of his clients who lost money due to these transactions.
